The company Property4Sale offers an online classified service to individuals, businesses (both commercial and retail), institutional, educational or any other organization that Property4Sale approves. We post online items for sale which include merchandise, real estate, vehicle listings, one page billboard ads and any other publication that Property4Sale.ca may offer in the future.
We have just begun offering an online classified service. Our goal is to provide an alternative to traditional classified advertising. We know from experience that photo ads sell. What you see is what you get - there is no mistaking what you are buying ! High costs of traditional ads and no guarantee of selling are leading reasons why people are not selling their merchandise. We all have lots of items lying around that are no longer being used and we know these items still have value. Photo Ads out way traditional print ads. Traditional print ads run for one day or a couple of days and generally are expensive. Small items never make it to the classifieds because it's not economically feasible. Garage Sales have been less then successful because of poor attendance. People in general have more time constraints and therefore less time available to travel to the garage sale locations. We feel our site will offer an alternative and give people an opportunity to keep making more effective and productive use of their time.
We currently offer free classified ads for merchandise and vehicles to residences from Niagara Falls to Oakville, Ontario. Costs do apply for those wishing to advertise their private real estate for sale. Pricing for Commercial Real Estate is available which includes a link back to the agent's site. This service is offered in addition to the agents current advertising program.
We also offer advertising space to local advertisers at our site.
For those who may or may not already have a domain, we offer a service to provide a one page site within this site which includes images, content information, contact information and a link back to the main web site if in existence.
